Support for AAC+ SHOUTcast/Icecast2 streams
Full support for the Windows x64 bit platform included running under the 64-bit Java Runtime Environment (Note: all Wowza Pro installers support both 32-bit and 64-bit operating systems and Java runtime environments)

The Wowza team is pleased to announce a H.264 Preview 2 release of Wowza Media Server Pro. We are providing early access to this new release so that you may try it out and provide us with feedback.

Wowza Pro 1.5.0 (Preview Release 2) introduces support for live H.264/AAC streaming to Flash using industry standard RTP/RTSP encoders.

This exclusive capability has been tested for interoperability with Apple QuickTime Broadcaster, Vara Software Wirecast and HaiVision hi1000 series network video system. Additional encoder product certifications are in progress.
